We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own the complete customer journey from planning product demonstrations and onboarding to long-term customer success and account growth.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a seamless experience throughout their journey with Steps AI.

You will own the customer lifecycle after leads are qualified by the sales team, including product demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, customer success, adoption, and account growth.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure customers achieve measurable value from our platform.

What You'll Do

Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct product demonstrations for qualified prospects
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor demos to their business use cases
  • Answer product-related questions and build customer confidence
  • Work closely with the sales team to support deal progression

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Take ownership of customers after the sales process
  • Plan and execute smooth customer onboarding
  • Configure the platform based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for integrations and custom requirements
  • Conduct implementation sessions and product training
  • Ensure successful go-live and customer adoption

Customer Success

  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact after onboarding
  • Monitor customer health, product adoption, and engagement
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and success check-ins
  • Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes

Account Growth & Operations

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support renewals and customer retention initiatives
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams on improvements
  • Maintain customer records, implementation documentation, and CRM updates
  • Help build scalable onboarding and customer success processes

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Pre-Sales, Account Management, or SaaS Consulting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations or solution walkthroughs
  • Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset with high ownership
