We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Account Executive to help us convert qualified opportunities into long-term customers.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will own the sales process after leads are qualified by the SDR team.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close new business opportunities.
You'll work closely with the SDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from the first meeting to successful handover.
What You'll Do
- Manage qualified leads generated by the SDR and Marketing teams
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business needs
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
- Handle negotiations and close new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth customer onboarding
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer requirements
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Executive roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience conducting product demonstrations or solution presentations
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience managing opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Good to Have
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, AI, or technology products
- Experience selling to SMBs in India or international markets
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling
- Understanding of customer support, e-commerce, or automation platforms
