You will be working as a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in the Human Resource department, managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct hardcore calling recruitment and manage high-volume hiring.
  • Handle B2B, E-commerce, and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.

Qualification Required:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Job Description:
