You will be working as a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in the Human Resource department, managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct hardcore calling recruitment and manage high-volume hiring.
- Handle B2B, E-commerce, and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Qualification Required:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
