A growing boutique private equity firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join it's investment team. This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to participate across the full investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities, including financial due diligence, management team assessment, and industry benchmarking
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support underwriting, valuation, and scenario analysis
• Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to inform investment strategy
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and growth initiatives
• Monitor and analyze the ongoing performance of portfolio investments
• Prepare and deliver investment materials and presentations for internal stakeholders, senior partners, and external investors
