Entry Level Accountant
SEG SEARCH is currently seeking an Entry Level Accountant fora Philadelphia, PA company. In the office work environment after training.
The Entry Level Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting functions.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Accountant
- Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of assigned books and records
- Preparing balance sheet workpapers
- Performing bank accounts reconciliations
- Assisting with fixed asset entries, roll forwards, and prepaid and accrual entries
- Regularly communicating with various stakeholders
- Assisting with budget preparation and budget to actual comparisons
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements of the Entry Level Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 0-3 years general ledger accounting experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
