• Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights on customer sentiment, and identify emerging trends or potential issues.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement initiatives.
• Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually compelling marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders for mutually beneficial collaborations.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research and web analytics to improve online visibility.
• Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring activity.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns that drive conversions.
• Strong understanding of social listening tools to analyze audience feedback and industry trends effectively.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compelling.
