Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, ads, and emailers.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver visually compelling designs.
• Create UI visuals, website assets, and promotional materials when required.
• Edit and optimize graphics for digital platforms and print production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4–5 years years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience designing for social media, web, and print.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
