Social Media Manager – Digital Marketing & Advertising

We are hiring a results-driven Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end social media operations, campaign execution, and platform management for a growing digital advertising company.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance-driven marketing while working in a structured, employee-centric environment with clearly defined responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Execute and monitor campaigns using Meta Business Suite and other advertising platforms
• Handle Google My Business profiles, including updates and performance tracking
• Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing goals
• Analyze campaign performance and improve results through data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Working knowledge of Google My Business and online listing management
• Strong understanding of social media metrics, insights, and performance tracking
• Ability to work as a team player within structured job roles
