Uru Farms is a premium farm-to-table atta and natural foods brand rooted in Pochera, Adilabad District, Telangana — built on our own land, natural farming practices, native grains, and stone-ground processing. We're now extending that same provenance-led philosophy into premium organic brand: grown on our own certified-organic farm, served hot and seasoned at premium cafés and stalls, and sold D2C as frozen seasoned packs.
We're moving from pop-up validation to city-by-city launches, café co-brand partnerships, and a D2C push — and we need someone who can turn each of those moments into a real campaign with measurable results.
This is not a day-to-day brand/content role. This is a **campaign ownership** role: you plan a push, execute it across paid, on-ground, and influencer channels, and you're judged on the numbers it produces.

## What You'll Own
- **City launch campaigns** — plan and execute the buzz around each new stall or city entry: pre-launch teasers, launch-day footfall drivers, post-launch momentum content
- **Performance marketing** — run Meta Ads and Google Ads for D2C pushes and café co-brand announcements; own CAC and ROAS targets
- **Influencer & PR campaigns** — source and brief micro-influencers (fitness, café culture, organic food creators), negotiate rates, track deliverables, coordinate seeding around launches
- **Café partnership launch campaigns** — when a new café co-brand goes live, own the announcement campaign: social push, table activation, opening-week offers
- **Campaign reporting** — track and report results for every campaign: footfall lift, sales spike, reach, engagement, cost per acquisition

## What We're Looking For
- **3–5 years of experience**, with demonstrated ownership of **end-to-end campaigns** — come ready to walk us through one campaign from brief to budget to results
- Strong **performance marketing skills** — comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, able to read and act on CAC/ROAS data
- **On-ground or retail activation experience** — has run a city launch, pop-up, or in-person activation before, not just digital-only campaigns
- **Influencer/PR coordination experience** — has sourced and managed micro-influencer relationships and tracked deliverables
- Bonus: campaign experience specifically in **F&B, D2C, or retail/QSR**, where café and stall dynamics differ from pure e-commerce
