Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Source candidates through multiple channels including social media management, HR sourcing tools like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, and internal recruiting platforms
- Conduct thorough interviewing processes to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent
- Coordinate onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs
- Maintain knowledge of HRIS systems like Kronos, ADP, Paychex, and Workday for effective employee data management
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Strong negotiation skills to extend competitive offers while aligning with company policies
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro is preferred
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices
- Ability to research market trends and generate leads through cold calling or outreach campaigns
- Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A background in sales or relationship management can enhance candidate engagement efforts

Pay: $89,290.36 - $129,360.46 per year
