SaaS Contracting Attorney - AI Fellowship

This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced commercial attorneys to shape the future of legal AI systems through a one-month fellowship focused on SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining. As a SaaS Contracting Attorney – AI Fellow, you will engage in simulated contract negotiations that contribute to the training and evaluation of advanced AI models, directly impacting the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, assessing AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness.
• Review AI responses to various contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and establish best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions, specifically in SaaS contract review and negotiation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Work Terms

• Part-time, flexible schedule.
• Minimum commitment of 5 hours/week.
• Maximum commitment of 20 hours/week.
• Fellowship duration: 1 month.

Compensation

• $80–$105/hour.

Eligibility
