Join a pioneering initiative as a Contracting Attorney, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of legal AI systems. This contract position offers elite lawyers the opportunity to engage in a 1-month Commercial Contracting AI Fellowship, focusing on the training, evaluation, and application of advanced AI in real-world legal scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluating AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance and output precision.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.

- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Work Terms
- Part-time, flexible schedule.

$80–$105/hour.
