We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Medical‑Surgical units across acute care hospitals in British Columbia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while supporting multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Med‑Surg units
• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as per protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

✅ Qualifications (British Columbia Standards)

• Active RN license with BCCNM
• Minimum 6 months recent Med‑Surg experience
• Valid BLS certification
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

📅 Position Details

• Contract Duration: 4–13 weeks (extension possible)
• Employment Type: Contract (On-site – Acute Care Hospital)
• Pay Rate: CAD $50– $58 per hour
