Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Back-End) with 8+ years of experience in cloud application development, enterprise integrations, and backend engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable cloud-native applications while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development and cloud engineering.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, AKS).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong programming experience in Java, Python, SQL, or Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of cloud architecture, security (IAM, encryption, compliance), DevSecOps, monitoring/logging, and high-availability solutions.
Experience with database technologies, ETL/ELT processes, middleware, and API-driven integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working within structured SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Public sector experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend and cloud-native applications.
Build and integrate APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Support CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists.
Provide post-production support, incident resolution, and knowledge transfer.
