Digital Project Manager

Round State is seeking dedicated and detail oriented web development project managers or account executives for an exciting local opportunity. We are looking for candidates to help project manage a heavy web development workload and a large number of clients. At this time, we are not requiring coding or design experience, only project management. This position would be onsite and in Baltimore city.

• Be conformable dealing with difficult clients and stressful situations.
• Work well in structured processes, standards and templates.
• Be familiar with web and social media tools and best practices.
• Have the ability to lead and manage a team while adhering to a process.
• Have the ability to multitask but be detail oriented and focused.
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Have a great attitude and represent the team well.
• Be personable and friendly while knowledgeable and firm when needed.
• Preferably have a web and marketing background.
• Understand and be familiar with the methodologies of Agile and Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Basic (non coding) knowledge of web languages, best practices and protocols.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized.
