Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager – Corporate will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate Ross Video’s presence across corporate and enterprise markets. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing and partnering closely with the Corporate Regional Sales Directors and cross-functional teams, this role leads integrated campaigns, event strategies, and content development that enhance brand visibility and support pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketer who can translate customer insights into compelling stories, reinforce Ross’s market position, and enable sales through high-impact campaigns, thought leadership, and data-driven execution.

What the job is all about:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute the Corporate marketing strategy in collaboration with the Corporate RSDs, ensuring alignment with Ross Video’s overall goals and brand positioning. Oversee the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns - including webinars, sponsorships, thought leadership, PR, third-party advertising, and digital initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and drive pipeline growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • With the Regional Marketing Managers, Corporate Market Development Manager and Sales Managers, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to build integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within the vertical.

Messaging & Content Creation

  • Act as the voice of the Corporate vertical within the marketing team, ensuring consistency and clarity of message across all channels and assets. Identify and deliver customer stories and thought leadership opportunities including speaking engagements, editorial content, and partnerships that elevate Ross Video’s visibility and credibility in the market.

Event Strategy

  • Support Ross’ presence at key corporate industry events, partner activations, and customer engagements. Collaborate with Event Marketing, Regional, Product, and Creative teams to shape on-booth messaging, promotional plans and content strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drives engagement and supports pipeline growth.

Performance Monitoring

  • Partner with the Digital team to track performance metrics across key channels, compile and analyze quarterly marketing reports, and deliver actionable insights to the Director of Regional Marketing and key stakeholders – providing clear insights to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.

Budget & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage the Corporate marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns, events, and initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams on spend performance, pipeline contribution, and upcoming priorities.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather and analyze competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging industry trends, to inform strategy, identify new opportunities, and ensure Ross remains competitive and relevant in the space.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate, enterprise, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; in-person and online.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient user of productivity applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Asana, as well as CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Google Analytics.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:

The pay range for this role in Canada is: CAD

Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
