About the Role​As an Associate at Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt Ltd, you will be the face of our store — the first impression every guest has of our premium, artisanal ice cream experience. You’ll scoop and serve ice cream in our waffle cones, plate our baked goods, and deliver the warm, attentive service our brand is known for. ​Key Responsibilities​ Scooping & Serving: Scoop and serve ice cream, including in waffle cones, with precision, consistency, and care for presentation. ​ Baked Goods Service: Serve baked goods and other finished, ready-to-serve items neatly and to standard. ​ Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, guide them through flavours and offerings, and ensure every interaction reflects our premium brand experience. ​ Store Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain spotless counters, equipment, seating areas, and back-of-store spaces in line with hygiene and brand standards. ​ Food Safety: Follow food safety, handling, and storage protocols at all times. ​ Team Support: Support the team during peak hours and assist with basic stock replenishment at the counter. ​What We're Looking For​Friendly, approachable, and customer-first attitude. ​Comfortable working on your feet during shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. ​Attention to detail, especially around cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. ​Willingness to learn and follow recipes/processes consistently. ​Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus, but not mandatory. ​How to Apply​Interested candidates may send their resume along with a short note on why they’d be a great fit for Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt Ltd, quoting the role title and store location (Amadora) in the subject line. ​Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
