UI/UX Designer

We’re seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support enterprise-level software initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, technical environments and enjoys designing intuitive, scalable experiences for B2B users.Key Responsibilities: Create and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and seamless navigation.Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions to continuously improve usability and overall user satisfaction.Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define requirements, refine features, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and conduct usability testing to identify actionable improvements.Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, patterns, and best practices to support team transparency and consistency.
