- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM system to track candidate progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while aligning with industry standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to key stakeholders.
- Support other HR administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall department efficiency.
