Upstream Oil and Gas Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Oil & Gas to join their talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and partnerships

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding support

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and project timelines for upstream positions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms

Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy, and / or Skilled Trades industries

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines

Flexible availability for maintaining relationships with candidates
