Robert Half is seeking a detail‑driven Marketing Data Analyst for a Washington, DC client. This temporary role is ideal for someone who can quickly step into a fast‑paced marketing environment, analyze campaign performance, and translate data into insights that drive strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels (email, social, paid media, web)
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, conversion metrics, and audience behavior
- Clean, validate, and organize marketing datasets from CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve targeting, segmentation, and ROI
- Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business goals
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation for ongoing reporting processes
- Requirements
equired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM analytics tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz)
- Background in agency, nonprofit, or government‑adjacent environments
