Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and graphic design, with proficiency in various tools and platforms to develop innovative marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company's marketing vision, drive engagement, and increase online visibility through data-driven campaigns.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Email marketing.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts, including keyword research and content strategy to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee the creation of engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, optimized for search engines, and aligned with branding standards.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and other tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on E-commerce, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and related analytics tools.
- Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing websites built on WordPress with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript for customization purposes.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to perform effective keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies for customer engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Store Openings & Local Marketing
- Plan and execute grand opening campaigns.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management.
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for store openings, events, and content shoots.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, QSR, franchising, or food service is a strong asset.
