Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Freelance Marketing Manager — Commission Only role focused on driving qualified leads and revenue growth for TechVeritable. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital, content, and outbound initiatives, to promote TechVeritable’s unified data and workflow solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, optimizing messaging and positioning, coordinating with sales to align on target accounts, and tracking performance against KPIs. The role also involves managing marketing funnels, refining lead-nurture journeys, and continuously testing channels and tactics to improve conversion and return on investment. This position is commission-based, with earnings tied directly to marketing-driven opportunities and closed business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology services.
• Hands-on skills in digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM) with the ability to analyze performance and optimize for results.
• Ability to develop clear, compelling messaging and content tailored to different stages of the buyer journey and decision-makers.
• Comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and marketing analytics tools to measure impact and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams in a remote, distributed environment.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-only structure.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as basic funnel management and lead-scoring concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
