About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing activities for a fast-growing lifestyle retail store in Navi Mumbai.
The role requires someone who can drive footfall growth, brand visibility, customer engagement, local area marketing, social media growth, influencer activations, and sales-driven campaigns.
This is a hands-on role involving both online and offline marketing execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Launch Marketing
· Create and execute pre-launch marketing calendar
· Plan teaser campaigns and awareness activities
· Coordinate with designers, printers, influencers, and vendors
· Manage launch countdown campaigns
· Build local community awareness before opening
Store Launch Execution
· Execute launch day promotions and activations
· Coordinate event setup, promoters, emcee/anchor, branding, and giveaways
· Ensure high footfall generation during opening week
· Manage influencer visits and media coverage
· Handle live social media coverage during launch
Digital Marketing & Social Media
· Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
· Plan monthly content calendar
· Create reels, stories, engagement posts, and promotional campaigns
· Coordinate with photographers/videographers/content creators
· Run paid ads (Meta & Google)
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
Offline Marketing & Activations
· Plan society activations and residential campaigns
· Coordinate kiosk activations and mall/store branding
· Execute flyer distribution and local partnerships
· Plan festive promotions and seasonal campaigns
· Develop corporate tie-ups with nearby offices
Influencer & Community Marketing
· Identify and collaborate with local influencers
· Build partnerships with residential communities and corporates
· Drive customer referral programs
· Increase customer-generated content and reviews
Sales & Performance Tracking
· Track daily footfall and campaign effectiveness
· Analyze conversion rates and customer engagement
· Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports
· Suggest strategies to improve sales and repeat customers

Experience Required
· 3–7 years preferred in retail, lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, or mall marketing
Education
· Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
· MBA preferred but not mandatory

Salary Range (Mumbai Market Benchmark)
Performance incentives can be added based on sales targets, footfall growth, and campaign ROI.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
