Job Description
As a member of the Mastermind software engineering team, you will be working in a cloud native environment to develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core for the backend. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Integration of APIs and services to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems will be a key aspect of your work. Additionally, you will work with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications. Participation in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging will be essential to ensure robust and reliable software. You will also contribute to architecture discussions to help improve system performance and security. Staying updated with emerging technologies and frameworks is crucial to continuously enhance product capabilities. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3.5 years of experience building enterprise-level applications. - Strong back-end developer with experience in building high-performance back-end services and jobs using C# and .NET Core. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, design principles (SOLID), and design patterns. - Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Postgres. - Awareness of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing frameworks. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools and Git. - Good to have knowledge of message brokers or pub-sub systems like RabbitMQ. - Good to have some frontend experience using frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, etc. - Full project life-cycle experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Strong communication skills. - Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and debugging skills. - Bachelors or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
