Job Title : IBM Sterling Engineer/Developer (Java)
Experience: 4+ Years
Location : Hyderabad
Job Type: Contract ( 4 to 6 Months)
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners
We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling Engineer/Developer (Java) to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Order Management solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) along with solid Java development experience. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable omnichannel and supply chain management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
- Develop custom components and enhancements using Java technologies
- Configure and customize IBM Sterling OMS workflows based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and enterprise services
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Solution Architects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Support deployment activities, testing, and production releases
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to engineering best practices

- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS
- Strong Java development expertise
- Experience with:

- Experience integrating Sterling OMS with:

- Strong understanding of:
