Job Description
Logistics Operations Assistant
Location: Kirkland
Industry: Logistics
Our client in the transport industry, a very well‑known and respected company, is looking for a logistics operations assistant for the logistics team.

Responsibilities
- Assist the account manager with business operational support
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
- Act as a point of contact between customers, carriers, sales and internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalations professionally
- Prepare, review and manage shipping documentation
- Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
- Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and French required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics
- Ability to manage tracks across North America, including cross-border Canada/US
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem‑solving skills
