Our client, a well-established family business for over 30 years and a leader in the environmental management industry, is seeking a versatile and dynamic profile to fill a Logistics Administrative Assistant position in Laval.
Joining a close-knit office team of 12 people, you will act as the central hub between clients, dispatchers, and drivers on the road. This Logistics Administrative Assistant position offers a human, stimulating environment focused on local teamwork in Laval.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Actively support the dispatch team by taking container orders and coordinating logistics with drivers.
Provide outstanding B2B customer service via phone and email (rate inquiries, account creation, credit card payments).
Perform various administrative tasks, including validating invoices to support accounts payable and filing records.
Manage the daily scanning and data entry of weigh bills into the IT system to ensure the accuracy of completed routes.
Qualifications
Requirements
Prior experience in B2B customer service or logistics support within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME).
Knowledge of dispatching, the transportation sector, or Trux software is considered a significant asset.
Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written, to ensure professional email communications.
Exemplary rigor, sharp data entry precision, and high concentration capacity.
Positive, dynamic attitude with a warm telephonic communication style.
Must have a personal vehicle for daily travel to our office in Laval (industrial area not served by public transit).
