We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing nonprofit team and help bring our campaigns, stories, programs, and mission to life through compelling visual communication.

You are equally comfortable designing a fundraising campaign, an annual report, a social media series, or a complete visual identity system.

ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development

• Design visual campaigns for fundraising, awareness, advocacy, and community engagement initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign identities.
• Support donor acquisition and donor retention efforts through compelling visual storytelling.

Digital Design

• Social media graphics and carousels
• Campaign graphics
• Website visuals
• Email marketing graphics
• YouTube thumbnails
• Presentation decks
• Infographics
• Digital advertisements

Print Design

• Annual reports
• Impact reports
• Event materials
• Brochures
• Flyers
• Banners
• Marketing collateral

Brand Management

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Strengthen and evolve visual identity systems.
• Ensure all materials meet professional standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with communications, fundraising, leadership, and program teams.
• Participate in creative planning and campaign strategy discussions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Required QualificationsExperience

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations, charities, humanitarian organizations, or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience designing fundraising and awareness campaigns.
• Experience serving Muslim audiences or Islamic organizations.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken).
• Ability to professionally design bilingual English-Arabic materials.
• Strong understanding of Arabic typography and layout principles.

Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva
• Figma
• AI-assisted design tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Humanitarian sector experience.
