Level: Lead Cloud Integrated Infrastructure Engineer II

As a Manager within Deloitte Consulting's Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure practice, you will lead AI infrastructure strategy and advisory engagements across three connected frontiers: AI compute & HPC infrastructure, Spatial AI, and Physical AI. You will manage multidisciplinary, global teams and coach junior practitioners while working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business goals into technically grounded solution approaches. You will contribute to sales and proposal efforts and own day-to-day delivery across the project lifecycle – work planning, scoping, estimation support, and leadership reporting – to drive successful outcomes. This is a strategy and advisory role (principal/architect level), not a build role: you set direction, reference architectures, and operating models that clients and delivery teams then implement.

Work you'll do

As a Cloud Integrated Infrastructure Engineer II on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for…

• Defining AI compute strategies spanning training and inference, including accelerator selection, capacity planning, and build-versus-buy decisions
• Developing reference architectures for artificial intelligence data centers and high-performance computing environments, including networking, storage, and orchestration patterns
• Shaping spatial artificial intelligence and physical artificial intelligence strategies, including deployment architectures, adoption roadmaps, and operations models
• Leading client engagements across AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, spatial artificial intelligence, and physical artificial intelligence while aligning technology priorities to business strategy
• Contributing to go-to-market planning, ecosystem solutioning, market assessments, business case development, and reusable assets for Deloitte offerings

Our offerings include engineered transformation services for hybrid cloud infrastructure and platforms, prioritizing resiliency, optimization, and extensive automation. We integrate advanced connectivity with AI infrastructure and enterprise networks to boost operational efficiency and enable real-time data processing, and we provide comprehensive management across all facets of operations for hybrid cloud and field environments

Qualifications

Required:

• 8-12+ years of strategy consulting or industry experience in artificial intelligence infrastructure, high-performance computing, edge or physical artificial intelligence, or hybrid cloud
• Experience with artificial intelligence compute platforms, accelerators, high-performance networking, storage, orchestration, and training or inference environments
• Experience with machine learning operations or large language model operations
• Experience with spatial artificial intelligence or physical artificial intelligence use cases, including computer vision, 3D scene understanding, digital twins, simulation, robotics, autonomous systems, edge inference, or sim-to-real workflows
• Experience leading end-to-end strategy consulting engagements in client-facing environments
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or Chief Executive Officer audiences
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and leading joint solutioning with technology partners

Preferred

• Master of Business Administration or Master of Science from a Tier-1 institution in India or abroad
• 5-7 years of post-Master of Business Administration or post-Master of Science experience in technology strategy
• 10-12 years of industry experience across artificial intelligence infrastructure, high-performance computing, edge or physical artificial intelligence, or hybrid cloud
• Experience with ecosystem business models, vendor and silicon landscapes, and market trends across artificial intelligence infrastructure and adjacent domains
