REPORTING: This position will report to the VP of Demand Generation & Revenue Strategy or as assigned by Management.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

LOCATION: Remote (Pan India) , SHIFT TIMINGS: 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST (8.00 am to 5. 00 pm EST)

POSITION

  • Events & Community Marketing Manager We are looking for an experienced Events & Community Marketing Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end events strategy across the United States and build and engage with GTM communities.
  • This role will own both virtual and in-person events, including executive dinners, eld events, and community-led initiatives, with a strong focus on GTM events and communities.
  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing US-based events remotely, excels in stakeholder coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • 8-10 year relevant experience.
  • Events management and coordination
  • Own and execute the complete events calendar, including: :24 executive dinners annually & 12-20 eld events per year across the US
  • Plan and manage In-person events end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, logistics, travel coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Lead remote events and webinars, ensuring high engagement and smooth execution
  • Community management identify top communities for RevOps engage and build SalesIntel presence Build and manage RevOps and GTM communities, driving participation, value, and long-term engagement Partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Leadership teams to align events with pipeline and brand goals
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking Coordinate with agencies, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders across time zones Measure event success through attendance, engagement, pipeline inuence, and feedback Continuously optimize event formats and experiences based on performance insights

Qualications:

  • Minimum 8 years of Proven experience in US-focused Events Marketing (remote execution + in-person events)
  • Familiarity with event platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience managing community in GTM space (Sales, RevOps, or Marketing), or GTM communities
  • Strong experience managing executive dinners, eld events, and community programs, Hands-on knowledge of event bookings and vendor management across Virginia and the US.
  • Experience working EST hours and collaborating with US-based stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) Ability to understand and communicate across diverse US accents Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must be comfortable owning events independently and delivering high-quality execution end to end Comfortable working extended or exible hours based on event demands
