Job Description

As an Associate Regional Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, your role will involve driving sales growth, business expansion, partner management, and ensuring execution excellence in the assigned territory, with Hyderabad as the base location. You must have a strong background in the QSR/food service ecosystem, the ability to lead area or city teams, and take ownership of revenue, account relationships, and market development initiatives.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Drive regional sales and business growth for QSR channels in the assigned geography, with a focus on achieving volume, value, and market share targets.
  • Manage and provide support to Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and other field teams to ensure successful execution and target accomplishment.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for franchise outlets, key accounts, institutional QSR partners, and growth channels.
  • Establish strong relationships with franchise partners, large outlet owners, regional decision-makers, and key business stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities, expansion areas, and high-potential accounts to enhance the brand's presence in Hyderabad and nearby markets.
  • Monitor sales performance, productivity, secondary sales, collections, outlet-wise metrics, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure product availability, campaign execution, and service consistency in the region.
  • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing strategies, local promotions, and new outlet developments, and provide market intelligence to the leadership.
  • Evaluate team capabilities, provide field coaching, conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and succession planning.
  • Prepare periodic business reviews, present sales performance, growth opportunities, and action plans to regional or zonal leadership.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Graduation in any discipline; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in QSR, food service, FMCG, or HoReCa sales, with expertise in handling multi-city or regional business responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Area Sales Manager, Regional Key Account Manager, City Sales Manager, or equivalent within the QSR/food service sector is advantageous.
  • Profound understanding of franchise management, key account handling, channel development, and leading sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and developing markets in high-velocity food or restaurant formats.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM/SFA platforms.
  • Preferably familiar with the Hyderabad market; willingness to travel regularly as per business requirements.

This job offers a competitive Compensation & Other Details:

  • CTC: 1518 LPA, depending on your current CTC, relevance of QSR experience, and exposure to team handling.
  • Location: Hyderabad, with travel across the assigned territory as necessary.
