As an experienced professional with 4-7 years of experience, your role will involve driving digital and process transformation initiatives within the Marketing function in Noida Sector 67. You will act as a strategic enabler between marketing, technology, analytics, and governance teams to enhance efficiency, governance, and scalability. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading digital transformation initiatives across marketing and brand management functions.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage marketing technology for improved campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluating and transforming existing marketing processes, workflows, and SOPs for optimization and scalability.
  • Driving process excellence initiatives aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Conducting audits of marketing systems, processes, and policies across multiple business verticals.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Recommending and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings and process gaps.
  • Overseeing implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of marketing systems and SOPs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

In this role, you will need to stay updated with emerging trends in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management tools. You will design and implement workflow automation solutions, standardize and document marketing processes, and support change management and adoption of new digital tools across marketing teams. Your required skillsets include strong expertise in process improvement, hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, and knowledge of SOP management and workflow design. A qualification of MBA in Marketing, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
