Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana, IN . This crucial role involves conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes. You will play a key part in shaping the company's investment portfolio and driving capital appreciation.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, property values, and economic indicators to assess investment viability; developing detailed financial models to forecast property performance, including DCF, IRR, and ROI calculations; performing comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections, lease reviews, and title analysis. You will also be responsible for preparing investment committee memos, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management, and monitoring the performance of existing investments. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as brokers and legal advisors, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field, with a Master's degree or MBA being a strong advantage. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking is required. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills are paramount, with proficiency in Excel and experience with real estate valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities, are necessary for conveying complex financial information effectively.

This position requires a proactive approach, a keen understanding of the real estate market dynamics, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the firm's investment strategy and success, identifying high-value opportunities and mitigating investment risks. Experience with Argus Enterprise or similar property analysis software is highly desirable.
