Job Description

You will be part of a team supporting global investment banking with time-sensitive, exceptional quality, and mission-critical services. Your role will involve managing a shift for a Presentation & Graphics Design Services Center, taking work briefs from global clients (Bankers), estimating work requests, planning shift-wise project delivery plans, negotiating deadlines with bankers, managing vendor deliverables, and monitoring the project delivery dashboard for your shift. Your focus will be on ensuring every client receives professional advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships and follow up on feedback promptly to provide quick resolutions
  • Maintain clear communication with clients/bankers, providing periodic updates on project status
  • Proactively address any impacts on output deliverables and agree on the best possible plan to assist clients
  • Participate in recruiting and training, coach, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring skills are fully developed before production
  • Manage the quality and assessment of work, oversee special projects, and ensure day-to-day operations for your shift run smoothly
  • Collaborate with shift quality checkers, global hub workflow/managers, and provide feedback mechanisms for managing performance
  • Help associates grow professionally, initiate targeted development, and provide guidance for learning and development
  • Use data for informed operational decisions, fill in as Workflow Coordinator when required, and participate in department initiatives

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing Presentation and Document Service operations
  • Minimum 4 years of shift leadership experience in a large presentations/graphics center or a similar operations model
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical and conceptual skills, coaching and mentoring skills

Additional Details:

The role requires availability and the ability to handle a busy production environment, involving contact with operations on all shifts on a routine basis. You should create a supportive atmosphere for development and success, be willing to rotate across shifts to support business needs, and provide weekend cover. The typical schedule is a 5-day work week onsite, with each shift being 9 hours (including 1-hour break) covering 7am to 1.30am IST, Mon-Sun in the Mumbai center.
