This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping brand strategy, driving market growth, and ensuring the sustained success of our iconic brands.
The Senior FMCG Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand plans, including market analysis, consumer insights, positioning, and integrated marketing communications. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with sales, product development, and external agencies to bring brand strategies to life. Key responsibilities include managing brand budgets, monitoring performance against KPIs, identifying new market opportunities, and staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to identify key growth drivers and untapped opportunities. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation. Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and trade promotions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of brand strategies at the retail level. Manage agency relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality creative and media solutions. Monitor brand performance, sales data, and market share, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Mentor and develop junior members of the brand marketing team. Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in competitive markets. Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing budgets and P&L responsibility. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
