By leveraging digital styling on real creators, Zusa eliminates the need for product shipping and traditional photoshoots enabling faster, scalable, and cost-efficient content creation.Role Overview:We are looking for a high-impact Brand Manager to drive partnerships with D2C apparel brands. This role is focused on owning the complete sales lifecycle from identifying prospects to closing deals and enabling brands to adopt Zusa as their influencer marketing engine.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and onboard D2C apparel brands (1Cr revenue)- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach - demo - deal closure- Articulate and pitch Zusas value proposition (cost efficiency, scalability, speed)- Build strong relationships with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders- Translate brand requirements into effective influencer/content campaigns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue targetsCandidate Profile:- 5 years of experience in Sales / Brand Partnerships / Account Management- Exposure to D2C, fashion, or e-commerce brands is preferred- Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills- Comfortable with outbound outreach (LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp)- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset in fast-paced environmentsWhat Success Looks Like:- Consistent onboarding of new D2C brands month-on-month- Strong pipeline of qualified leads- High conversion rates from demos to paid campaignsWhy Join Zusa:- Opportunity to build a new category in influencer marketing- Work directly with founders and decision-makers- High ownership with accelerated career growth
