Key responsibilities include conducting thorough skin assessments to identify specific needs and developing customized treatment plans. You will administer treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, and emerging skincare technologies is essential. You will educate clients on proper home care routines and product usage to enhance treatment results. Building and nurturing strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention is paramount. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-equipped treatment room, adhering to all health and safety regulations, is a daily requirement. You will also be involved in inventory management for skincare products and assisting with promotional activities to attract new clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized esthetics certification and possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a practicing esthetician. Proven expertise in performing advanced facial techniques and operating various skincare equipment is mandatory. A deep understanding of skin types, conditions, and ingredient interactions is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations. Strong sales and client-retention skills are highly desirable.
