Curriculum Developer - STEM Education

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Developer with a specialization in STEM Education to join our dedicated team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN . As a Curriculum Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective educational programs and materials for various age groups and learning levels. Your expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics will be crucial in creating content that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love for learning. You will work with a team of educators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure our curriculum is not only academically rigorous but also accessible and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive STEM curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and learning resources. Create engaging and interactive educational content, including digital modules, assessments, and hands-on activities. Ensure curriculum aligns with national and international educational standards and best practices. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to validate content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness. Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure student learning and program outcomes. Pilot and revise curriculum materials based on feedback from educators and students. Provide professional development and training to educators on the implementation of new curriculum. Stay current with advancements in educational technology and pedagogy, particularly within the STEM fields. Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our educational offerings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Demonstrable experience in curriculum development, preferably with a focus on STEM education. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in assessment design and data analysis to inform curriculum improvements. Creativity and a passion for making complex subjects understandable and engaging for learners. Knowledge of Indian educational systems and standards is an advantage.
