Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is searching for a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN . This role is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities across various property sectors. You will be instrumental in conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparing investment committee memos. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate finance, capital markets, and valuation methodologies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening potential investment deals, performing detailed financial analysis and pro forma modeling, conducting comprehensive due diligence on properties and counterparties, preparing detailed investment proposals and presentations, monitoring existing portfolio performance, and staying abreast of market trends and economic factors influencing real estate investments. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for real estate investing. A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software is essential.
