A leading global advisory platform is actively expanding its Infrastructure Investment Banking team in New York and is seeking candidates across all junior-to-mid levels, from Analyst through Junior Vice President. The team specializes in advising on complex transactions across power, energy, renewables, and broader infrastructure assets, with a strong presence in the energy transition space.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates across infrastructure and energy sectors
• Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models) and perform detailed valuation analyses
• Conduct industry and market research across power, renewables, utilities, and infrastructure verticals
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and investment memoranda
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, investors, and external advisors
• For more senior candidates: lead workstreams, mentor junior team members, and engage directly with clients

Qualifications

• Demonstrated financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Strong interest in infrastructure, power, and energy transition sectors
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
