Buy-Side Investment Analyst / Associate / Principle

You will be joining Dhamma Capital, an institutional investment platform investing in Indian public markets with private-equity rigor. As a member of the investment team, your responsibilities will include end-to-end investment research, on the ground due diligence, financial modeling, initiating sector coverage, following processes and scorecards, and establishing relationships with senior management/business stakeholders. Over time, you will also be involved in idea generation and managing portfolio risks. This is a Generalist role with a preference for prior sector expertise in Technology, Healthcare, and Financial Services. The role is primarily based in Mumbai, with flexibility to relocate as needed.

• *Qualifications:**
• You should have 2-6 years of Investing/other relevant experience in Buy side (public and private equity), Sell Side, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Business Research.
• Consistently being in the Top 1 Percentile in your chosen career and education is essential.
