Licensed Massage Therapist

Our client is a high-end wellness center seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join their team. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques based on client needs and preferences. Conduct client consultations to assess their physical condition, needs, and preferences. Develop personalized massage treatment plans for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care practices. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Ensure a clean, safe, and tranquil environment for clients. Uphold professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines. Manage appointment schedules and client bookings effectively. Promote wellness services and build a loyal client base. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy and the wellness industry.

Qualifications

Valid State Massage Therapy License. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing massage therapist. Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy). Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients. Knowledge of contraindications for massage therapy. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and client care.
