Curriculum Developer

Our client is seeking an innovative Curriculum Developer to design and implement educational programs in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, IN . This is an on-site position requiring active participation in educational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pedagogy, instructional design, and educational technology. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs.

Key responsibilities include researching educational trends, collaborating with subject matter experts, and developing comprehensive curriculum outlines, lesson plans, and assessments. You will create a variety of learning resources, including textbooks, digital content, and interactive modules. This role requires a deep understanding of learning theories and best practices in instructional design. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and make necessary revisions to enhance learning outcomes. The ability to translate complex subjects into accessible and engaging educational content is crucial. The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design. Proven experience in designing curricula for specific age groups or subject areas is essential. Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms is required. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are a must. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are needed to work effectively with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
