Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components. Pull, install, and connect electrical wires and cables according to blueprints and specifications. Install conduit, junction boxes, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical devices. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical systems under supervision. Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. Adhere to all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Participate in required classroom training and study sessions to advance electrical knowledge. Learn to operate specialized electrical testing equipment. Assist with material handling and site preparation. Follow instructions from lead electricians and supervisors diligently. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of electrical principles is a plus. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately. Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions. Willingness to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship program (typically 3-4 years). Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license is preferred. Enthusiasm for learning the electrical trade and developing a long-term career. Must be legally eligible to work in India.
