Lead Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their esteemed pediatric clinic in **Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN**. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care to infants, children, and adolescents. The Lead PNP will provide direct patient care, manage and mentor a team of nurses and support staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in pediatrics, excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills, and a passion for fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for both patients and staff. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare are met and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence. Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Lead and mentor a team of pediatric nurses and healthcare assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based practice. Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for clinic operations. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team. Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities as needed. Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatrics. Current RN and PNP license in Madhya Pradesh. Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of pediatric health, common childhood illnesses, and developmental milestones. Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
