Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of aestheticians, providing ongoing training, performance management, and professional development. Develop, refine, and implement advanced facial treatments, body therapies, and specialized skincare services, staying current with industry trends and innovations. Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess skin concerns, recommend personalized treatment plans, and advise on home care routines. Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments (if certified), microneedling, and advanced anti-aging therapies. Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and quality control. Maintain impeccable client records and ensure adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas. Contribute to the marketing and promotional efforts of the wellness center, developing content and participating in client events. Drive sales of retail skincare products and treatment packages through expert recommendations and exceptional client service. Oversee the operational flow of the treatment areas, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every client. Collaborate with management on strategic planning, service pricing, and business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations related to aesthetic services.

Qualifications

Certification from a reputable aesthetics school or program. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a practicing aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Extensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, various skin conditions, and treatment modalities. Proficiency in performing a broad spectrum of advanced aesthetic treatments. Exceptional client consultation and communication skills, with a passion for building long-term client relationships. Strong leadership, team management, and training abilities. A keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a professional demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required. Experience with CRM software and inventory management is a plus. Valid esthetician license as per state regulations.
