Role: Technical Customer Support (International Voice Process)

Location: Gurugram, HR

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support + Technical Support, mainly through chats, emails, and calls. Graduates & Undergraduates can apply Excellent verbal communication skills in English Technical Support experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries mainly through Chat, emails & voice calls to support for Wi-Fi-related queries, LAN, WAN, troubleshooting, Routers, Smart Boards, Ticketing System, Help Desk, Network Troubleshooting, modems Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution Role: Technical Customer Support (International Voice Process)
