Job Summary
As a Customer Success Specialist at Caleedo, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers. This role requires a balance of communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Your primary focus will be to ensure our customers are satisfied, engaged, and receive the support they need to maximize the value of our SaaS products. You will work closely with our sales, support, and product teams to drive customer success and contribute to the growth of our business

. Invoicing & Collection: Collaborate with finance to ensure timely submission of invoices and collections.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Customer Satisfaction Metrics:
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Measure overall customer satisfaction with products, services, and project-related interactions.
Net Promoter Score (NPS): Assess the likelihood of customers recommending the organization's products or services.
Customer Feedback Response Time: Track the time taken to respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely acknowledgment.
Resolution Time for Customer Issues: Measure the time taken to resolve customer issues or address concerns.
Customer Retention Rate: Evaluate the percentage of customers who continue to use the company's products or services over time.
Pay: ₹345,000.00 - ₹414,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
