Job Description

As the Office Manager at Manulife Services India Pvt, your role involves overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth office operations and support the business. Here are the key responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage overall office operations, including facilities, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment.

Program Management Support:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
  • Liaise with external vendors for services like housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

Budget & Expense Management:

  • Prepare and manage office administration budgets.
  • Track and report expenses related to facilities and operations.

Employee Support & Engagement:

  • Organize office events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration or facilities management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software/tools.
  • Knowledge of local compliance and regulatory requirements.

The company is currently working with Manulife, a global insurer, on a life insurance joint venture with Mahindra & Mahindra. Working Model:

Hybrid (50/50 on-site and remote working)

Engagement Structure:

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial 3-month contract, expected to convert into a permanent position.
